-I don't dk about the wolverine movie OMG it was good but so painful to watch since it didn't follow the books or the other movies, like at all...*sighs*
On that note-

--I watched xmen 2 earlier
--They said that it was at Alkali Lake where the adamantium bonding happened...which is a snow covered, mountain/hill-less area version the huge mountain that it was on in the origins movie...
--In the first movie they showed a picture of his 'claws'....when they showed it in the origins movie it was different -.-

-Gambit was screwed up
--No accent
--Not enough hottness

-Didn't follow the epic origins book
-Didn't follow the weapon x books

-Deathpool didn't talk enough
--They took away his mouth

-They should have brought in Logan's real older brother, John who was killed off, instead of using a different actor to play sabertooth...
--He would've been way more epically awesome

-different guys played Stryker

-His catch phase was poorly used

-Logan fell in love with Emma Frost's sister!
--its just gross
--She doesn't have the same powers!
---Her sister doesn't have the right powers either!
---+At least she was as skinny as a stick like she is in the books -.-

and on that note, i think they should make a deathpool movie and an Emma Frost movie cause the movie didn't show enough of them...As long as they did the same thing that they did with the wolverine movie where it doesn't follow or relate to the other movies, then i'll be happy.

They could've just made this a series...ya know? first with origins. next world war I. then Japan. last weapon X. Maybe follow up with an Alpha Flight...or like a movie with Daken in it, but then they'd have to do the Japan movie before or skip the japan movie and just throw in the Daken/Japan/Samurai stuff all together and see how it goes...

I was reading up on the movies and the next one is the magneto origins and that one shouldn't be half bad...like it could be good...but it sounds like it'll be similar to this one...its supposed to take place during 1962 and magneto and Xavier are fighting some villain. Which doesn't say much lol

Anyway, yeah... so sad, I cry. I kinda saw that one coming though... I was hoping it'd be good, but knowing how HUFUCKINGMONGEOUS both the fanbase and the backstory is to Xmen, there was no way everyone would be happy. Allthough the gambit thing was just kindof a smack in the face.

No we will probably finish them this weekend... didnt they use someone eles as sabertooth in the first one than in the new one..

wait, I musthave missed that... they should bring in a dead guy!? lol

James (logan)'s older brother, John, died like shortly after James was born or before he was born...something they showed in the books (his grave) -.-

but in wolverine: the end
It turns out that John never died. That instead he was sent away to a mental institute and they just pretend he was dead because his claws came out...That's why Jame's mother was like "OH no, not you too!" and had the scars on her back...At least in the origins book thats how she reacted...So you didn't really know if Logan (the groundskeeper) was really James' father or not cause his older brother had the same powers. Also, Sabertooth most likely wasn't the same person as Dog (Victor in the movie but his name was Dog in the Origins book), James' friend growing up cause he didn't show any signs of having claws or healing powers since he had a huge scar.
In the book, both John and James were old men and Sabertooth had just died. I can't remember the exact storyline but he had similar powers to Shadowcat and it was pretty sweet.
The book sounded good so it'd make a good movie.

The whole X-men origins part of the movie was lame. (although they did choose really good child actors to play them...they did a really good job)
The weapon X part was okay, it was entertaining...but i'm not sure why they focused on the things that they did. Like the whole sabertooth wolverine brother thing.

hey i know, i was hoping that it'd just be on them as kids...like the actual origins book then i'd be okay with sabertooth being his brother (as unlikely as marvel tries to make it)
